“I have been a client of The Brow Bar for a number of years and as I get older the Arch Angels are becoming more and more important to me! Oprah Winfrey once said that if you have good eye brows it will make your face with or without makeup and I couldn’t agree more! The girls know my brows and make sure the brows shape and colour match my face and hair. They are also super good at lash colour. I treat The Brow Bar like I treat my hair dresser, a trusted friend who will always make me look good.”

“We always feel pampered with perfect eyebrows every time, we LOVE going to The Brow Bar. We’ve been having our brows done by the Arch Angels at The Brow Bar for years now and love what they do. The work they do honestly makes us feel empowered, youthful and stage ready…”
The Veronicas, Sydney
“I went to the Brow Bar in Newstead. I have discovered something ladies and gents, all brows are not created equal! I walked out of there, and I swear, it was like I had anti-wrinkle injections. I look and feel 5 years younger! Don’t let anyone tell you they can do brows, until you really know someone who knows how to do brows.”

I think the mixed reviews for this place probably reflect that service can vary across employees or something. I’ve seen Natalie for a long time (probably 1.5-2 years), and it’s been the best eyebrow service I’ve had. Before coming here, for a long time, I went to other, quite premium-tier places like Parlour B and Sharon Lee. I usually feel that you get what you pay for and I don’t mind paying for what may be better quality, but the services I got elsewhere typically both involved a lot less professionalism than I’ve had from Natalie and cost more! It can be nice to go to a lavish salon for beauty/hair services, but if the actual service kind of leaves you feeling like the business is partly coasting on their brand’s luxury image and it’s an impersonal, rushed process, those elements of the experience aren’t that meaningful. I felt this was an issue with brow services elsewhere, and it’s just never been a problem at Brow Bar, including before I started only going to Natalie regularly. Natalie’s shaping is on point every single time I go there, and there’s been no loss of definition in the brows since I’ve asked to switch to tweezing only due a prescription. I definitely think Natalie’s experience and interest in brow shaping are reflected by the quality of the service. At this point, I can’t imagine going to anyone else. The other advantage of Brow Bar as compared to competing businesses I’ve been to is that it’s really easy to rearrange your appointments if you need to, since you can easily see staff availability online and book/reschedule online. Also, yes, it’s true that it’s more expensive than what you’d probably pay at more general beauty businesses, but I think it’s worth it when the service requested is that person’s specialty, and it really seems to be with Natalie.
